One of My Favorite Vegan Spots Just Got Even Better
There are certain restaurants you keep coming back to because they consistently remind you why you fell in love with them in the first place. BeeWali’s is one of those places for me. Every visit feels like coming home, but somehow they always find a way to surprise me with something new.
When Bee and Wali invited me to be one of the first people to try two brand-new menu items before they officially hit the menu, I already knew I couldn’t say no. Moments like this are one of the reasons I love supporting local vegan businesses. It’s exciting to watch them continue to grow while staying true to what made people love them in the first place.
A First Look
The first thing I tried was the new BBQ Chicken Sandwich made with Swap Chicken.
From the very first bite, I knew this wasn’t just another sandwich. The barbecue flavor was smoky without being overpowering, the Swap Chicken had an incredible texture, and everything worked together perfectly. It was juicy, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped it would be.
Sometimes all it takes is one bite to know a menu item is going to become a customer favorite, and this definitely felt like one of those moments.
Don’t Sleep on the Salad
Then came the BBQ Chicken Salad.
I’ll be honest; I know sandwiches usually get all the attention, but this salad deserves just as much love. It had all of the bold barbecue flavor while feeling fresh, balanced, and satisfying.
It’s the kind of meal you can enjoy without feeling weighed down, while still getting every bit of flavor you’re hoping for.
More Than Just New Menu Items
One of my favorite parts of this visit wasn’t just tasting the food; it was hearing directly from Bee and Wali about the vision behind these new additions.
When restaurant owners are passionate about continuing to improve and create new experiences for their customers, you can feel it.
That passion shows up in every detail.
Why I’ll Keep Coming Back
I’ve recommended BeeWali’s for years because they’ve always been consistent. Great food, welcoming people, and a genuine love for the vegan community.
